Princess Norodom Jenna sent a congratulatory message to the newly-crowned ASEAN Youth Equestrian Gold Medalist

Princess Norodom Jenna has sent a congratulatory message to her cousin Princess Norodom Amrita, who recently won the first gold medal at the FEI SEA Youth Cup.

Princess Norodom Jenna wrote: My great cousin Norodom Amrita made Cambodia proud by winning a gold medal with her team in the First FEI SEA Youth Cup, with participation from 7 Southeast Asian countries is hosted by Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar. 

What is special is that sister Amrita participated in the competition without using her own horse, the horse that was prepared while the athletes from different countries used all their own horses. This is a difficult thing, but on the contrary, the sister still won and got the first place.

Princess Norodom Jenna continued that: "On October 27, my older sister Amrita will have a horse race in the single discipline, taking a new competition. Please support her and wish her all the best of luck as a representative of our country. 

Born in France, Princess Norodom Amrita was the daughter of Prince Norodom Nanda Tevi and had a French father. She started riding at the age of 5, and five years later, in 2018, she became to be a national team athlete. This is according to an interview with Princess Norodom Amrita by a local newspaper.
