H.E. Vath Chamroeun Visited and Presented Gifts of Samdech Borvor Thipadei to Injured Athletes during the Ancient Khmer MMA
H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Commission on Affairs for the Organizing of the Ancient Khmer Mixed Martial Arts Competition "Samdech Borvor Thipadei Trophy" in the morning of This October 23, to bring greeting and precious gifts of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, to give to the players who were injured during the recent Ancient Khmer Traditional Martial Arts Competition, "Samdech Borvor Thipadei Trophy". He is being treated at the Techo Santepheap National Hospital.
HE Vath Chamroeun said that under the high care of Samdech Borvor Thipadei, Prime Minister, has reminded the team to constantly monitor the injured athletes to ensure treatment until recovery. Through His Excellency the Permanent Vice President, Samdech Borvor Thipadei sent greetings and encouragement to the players to take care of their health and recover as soon as possible in order to return home, as Samdech provided support and guarantee in the treatment until get well.
On that occasion, H.E. Vath Chamroeun also brought a precious gift from Samdech Borvor Thipadei and Lok Chumteav Bandith with a budget of $ 500 to a Kun Khmer Player Oun Sinuon who suffered a broken nose in the final competition on October 20, was successfully operated and he was being monitored at the Techo Santepheap National Hospital for one day or two days more, just the doctor allowed him to return home.
In addition, H.E. Secretary of State also donated $ 500 to give to a Kun Bokator Player Mom Ratha from the Srey Choy Damrei Sam Poan Kun Bokator Club in Siem Reap Province, who suffered a broken right arm after the first day of competition, on October 18 who was successfully operated and returned to Siem Reap recently.
