Forty participants from the Kun Khmer Federation, the Cambodia Kun Bokator Federation, the Cambodia Mixed Martial Arts Federation and the Yutkromkhom Federation completed the Referee-Judge Training Course for the Ancient Khmer Mixed Martial Arts Event, Samdech Borvor Thipadei Trophy, on Tuesday morning, September 24, 2024 at the headquarter of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia after a day and a half.
H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Permanent Vice-Chairman of the Commission on Affairs, said that all referees and judges must take a fair stand, avoid all biases in judgment and other interests, and adhere of independence in order to gain the confidence from mass and also give justice to all participants.
HE Vath Chamroeun continued that: The best referee can be rewarded as an incentive and as a model for other referees to do well together. In addition, all referees and judges must know how to help each other, have internal unity, team spirit and take the knowledge to change work habits more clearly.
It should be noted that: The first MMA Championship of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Trophy will be held from October 18 to 20, 2024 at the National Olympic Stadium.
