Following the first round match, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng will play the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, Angkor Tiger will play the Football Association of the Ministry of Interior, NagaWorld will play Kirivong Sok Sen Chey, and Phnom Penh Crown will play Visakha.

The six teams with the most points (the Top6) must touch two more legs to win the championship. The match format ends in two legs. Additionally, the Bottom 5 teams keep touching each other's two legs. A foreign player with Cambodian nationality may be registered by any team.

In the meantime, the Cambodian Premier League has named Life Football Club secretary general Peter Koo as general manager. In the meantime, the vice chairman of the board of the Cambodian Premier League, Mr. Kang Sen, confirmed that there will not be a Cambodian League 2 for the 2024–2025 season due to insufficient teams. In addition, the league organisation desires that the team be ready to play first.
