Over 1,000 people attend Olympic Day in Vietnam to celebrate the Paris 2024 Olympic Games

Over a thousand people attended the Olympic Day on April 11 to commemorate the impending Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which will begin in July in France. They included representatives from the National Olympic Committee of Vietnam and the French Embassy in Vietnam, as well as officials, teachers, and students.

The celebration took place at Hanoi's Thanh Oai district. During the occasion, students participated in the torchlight procession, banners and parades, as well as Olympic emblems that contributed to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games celebration. The event also included various sporting activities and provided further information to the youths about the Olympic movement.

Olympic Day, which coincides with the Paris 2024 Olympics, seeks not only to spread and educate Olympic principles and the essence of noble sportsmanship in the community, particularly among the younger generation, but also to encourage and motivate everyone.
