Phnom Penh: H.E. Khov Chhay, President of the Kun Khmer Federation, emphasized that although the Kun Khmer Federation has competing management officials, judges, referees, and technical officers in all skills, there is still a shortage, which makes the other party unhappy and all people who supported our Kun Khmer as well. To eliminate these shortages, the federation has reformed and revised the competition rules and regulations to control the competition with the same standards. These remarks of the President of the Kun Khmer Federation were made during the training course for the competing management officials, referees and judges in the morning of July 29, 2024.
His Excellency affirmed that: The Kun Khmer Federation has organized a three-day course for competing Management Officials, referees and judges to expand the human resources, strengthen technical skills and ethics to effectively reduce any mistake which always starts from the incomplete performance of officials in the past. Through this course, which focuses on the development of human resources to join with the strategy of the Royal Government, Kun Khmer Federation has been focusing on reform to develop technical officials, referees, judges, coaches, especially, athletes, both adult and the grass roof players.
H.E. Khov Chhay would like to ask all participants after gaining knowledge from this training course to use it professionally to help the Kun Khmer to get more increasing up.
Please be informed that: The Kun Khmer Refresher Course for competing management officials, referees and judges today has a total of 180 participants and 14 female participants, including 1 trainer with many years of sports experience, and 3 trainers with specific sport skills in presenting and teaching in this training course. The refresher course has 3 days from July 29 to 31, 2024, with the supporting budgets of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in 2024, which has 35% for training work, 45% for organizing the annual championship and 20% for administrative work.
