Cambodian Boxing Sends Players to Compete in Japan

The Cambodia Boxing Federation has sent its players to participate in the first friendly professional tournament of boxing in Japan, HE Bouy Sophoan, Secretary General of the Cambodia Boxing Federation said.

The above leader confirmed that: This transmission is an opportunity to pave the way for the Cambodia Boxing Federation to develop Cambodia boxing resources by sending resources to compete abroad. The current federation market is Japan, which has a lot of boxing programs and resources. After this first sending, the federation will continue adding to quote techniques with Japanese players who are all potential and high quality. Therefore, it is a good opportunity for Cambodia to sharpen its capacity towards the Southeast Asian Games 2025.

HE Bouy Sophoan added that: In addition to Japan, the Cambodia Boxing Federation also plans to cooperate with France and other countries to be able to send Cambodia boxers to compete in order to strengthen capacity and quality to prepare in the international competitions.

Please note that: The international friendly tournament in Japan will take place in July 28, 2024. For Cambodia player to participate in the first time is named Loem Siev Lam.
