The Cambodia Table Tennis Federation urges all clubs to select the best resources for the 4th National Games

Phnom Penh: Mr. Heng Socheat, Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia Table Tennis Federation, emphasized that: For the Cambodia Table Tennis Federation will officially organize the competition from November 3rd to 7th, 2024 for the 4th National Games.

The Deputy Secretary General confirmed that: Up to now, there are 7 Capital-Provincial clubs were registered to participate in the competition such as: Phnom Penh Club, Preah Sihanouk Club, Kampong Chhnang Club, Koh Kong Club, Svay Rieng Club, Ministry of Interior Club and Ministry of National Defense Club.

There are four competing disciplines: men's singles, women's singles, double disciplines and men's team disciplines.

The National Games which organized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports every two years, aims to promote each province to have the best athletes in the province, while the winners from number 1 to number 3 are selected to become the national team and trained by the federation to prepare for participating in the international events.

The Deputy Secretary General of the Cambodia Table Tennis Federation requested to all participating capital-provincial clubs to send the best players to participate in the competition, to make the competition can be highly competitive and extract strong and outstanding resources, and is the choices of federation to select and train as the national athletes with quality, to prepare to grab the medals from various international competitions for the Nation.

Please note that: For the table tennis, the capital-provincial delegates has applied to participate in the 4th National Games in each province, limited to 15 persons, 12 athletes, one delegate and two coaches by competing on 4 disciplines.
