The Torch Parade of the 4th National Games and the 2nd National Para Games will do in 4 hosting provinces

Phnom Penh: H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, confirmed that: The torch of the 4th National Games and the 2nd Para Games will parade in four hosting provinces, such as Kampong Chhnang Province, Kep Province, Svay Rieng Province and Preah Sihanouk Province.

H.E. Secretary of State explained that, these four provinces will have to prepare to run the torch to propagate education and disseminate information into five main content campaigns, including: 1. Sport live in peace still continues, 2. A person must play one sport for life, 3. Sport without smoking, 4. Sport without drugs, 5.Soprts no doping and sports is green. 

H.E. Secretary of State affirmed that: The torch relay program to propagate in hosting provinces will do before the opening of the 4th National Games and the 2nd Para Games, is to join the celebration of the opening ceremony of the National Games Competition under the highest presidency of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and as a symbolic creation of the success that Cambodia has achieved in the 32nd SEA Games 2023. H.E. Secretary of State further emphasized that: The torch relay program in the hosting provinces of the 4th National Games will start in mid-September 2024, which starting from Svay Rieng province, Second is Kep province, Third is Preah Sihanouk province and the last one is Kampong Chhnang province, and during in October will celebrate the 4th National Games. 

Please be informed that: The 4th National Games and the 2nd National Para Games will be held from October 29 to November 8, 2024. For the torch relay program on the opening day of the National Sports will start from Kandal province at the opening ceremony of the Funan Techo Canal to the National Stadium.
