Van Yintola will represent Cambodia at the World Skate Championship in Japan

The Cambodia Skate Federation has decided to send the outstanding athlete Van Yintola to compete in the World Skateboarding Tour Kitakyushu Street 2025, organized by the International World Skate Federation, from November 26 to 30, 2025 in Japan. This is also the first time that Cambodia skate have sent an athlete to the World Championship.


Mr. Kosal Pisey, President of the Cambodia Skate Federation, said that the World Skateboarding Tour Kitakyushu Street event has happened from the round-robin competition from the Tokyo Olympics. In particular, athlete Van Yintola is truly qualified to participate in this event because he has a lot of experience and has trained specifically in Japan in the past.

Please note that, the event of World Skateboarding Tour Kitakyushu Street 2025 has a total of 119 players from around the world, divided into 7 groups from 47 countries around the world.


Mr. Kosal Pisey, as the President of the Cambodia Skate Federation, requested citizens across the country to join in encouraging and supporting the presence of Cambodian athlete participating in the world event. At the same time, Mr. Kosal Pisey also requested Cambodian citizens living in Japan to join in supporting the competition directly to encourage Cambodian athletes.
