Phnom Penh: The gold medalist from the competition of the 2025 ITF Taekwondo National Championships in the women’s martial arts performance category. The female Athlete Tuch Oudom from the ITF Taekwondo Association of the Ministry of Interior has been training hard, nurturing her desire to win medals for Cambodia on behalf of the host female athlete of the competition of the 2028 ITF Taekwondo Asian Championships, which Cambodia is planning to host.

This ITF taekwondo female athlete claimed that although she is currently 25 years old and will be 28 in 2028, she is still confident in her ability to win medals for Cambodia.

Currently, she is working hard to improve her skills and gain more experience in competitions both nationally and internationally. With a strong stance and high hopes towards medals in the 2028 ITF Taekwondo Asian Championship. This taekwondo female athlete expressed her deep gratitude to the Ministry of Interior for providing her with the framework of a national police officer through her efforts to compete for medals for the unit from national and international competitions.

Please note that, the ITF Taekwondo female athlete who from the Taekwondo Association of the Ministry of Interior, started training in ITF Taekwondo in 2016 at a club in Kampong Speu province and in 2018 joined the Taekwondo Association of the Ministry of Interior, by winning many medals from major events in the district. She has also received the rank of lieutenant, working for the sports unit of the Sports Council of the Ministry of Interior until now.

Since 2018, she has participated in two international competitions: the first time was the Asian Taekwondo Championship in India in 2024, where she won 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, and in 2025, she participated in the Southeast Asian Taekwondo Championship hosted by Cambodia, where she also won 4 gold medals.
